What’s On The Yoga Menu?

Vinyasa Flow

Increase strength and flexibility as you flow through a series of postures intelligently sequenced to harmonize your body, breath, and spirit. Practiced in a warm room, highly customizable with props and alternate poses, and excellent for boosting cardiovascular health and mental discipline.

Yin Yoga

A contemplative practice created for the rigid structures of your body—bones, joints, ligaments—and practiced in a cool room. Less than half the number of poses than you’d encounter in a flow or power class, lots of props, slow + intentional breathing, and soundbath are all hallmarks of a Yin class.

Yoga Nidra

The ultimate in relaxation, deep meditative states, and emotional healing. Yoga Nidra is you blissfully floating within a liminal space. Your body is relaxed as though in deep sleep, but your mind remains aware and able to meditate on a mantra, sankalpa, or other intention. It is a gateway to peace, clarity, and wholeness.
